Property Manager Commercial Real Estate | Wilmington, NC

Lee & Associates Raleigh Durham Wilmington Property Management is looking for a Property Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of commercial properties. This is a proactive role. We want someone who catches problems before they happen, not just reacts when they do.

What you'll own:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, owners, and stakeholders across your portfolio
• Run day-to-day property operations, including inspections, maintenance coordination, and compliance
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts, including competitive rebidding
• Own the financial side: budgets, invoice approvals, quarterly reforecasts, and monthly reporting (Yardi experience a plus)
• Present financial and operations updates to owners, investors, and board members
• Build and refine the systems and procedures that keep properties running smoothly

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of commercial property management experience
• Proficiency with Yardi or MRI
• Strong financial acumen and vendor management experience
• Excellent communication skills — you'll be the face of the property to tenants, owners, and boards
• CPM or RPA certification a plus

We also run an after-hours on-call rotation to give clients 24/7 coverage, and Property Managers rotate through it.
