Commercial Property Manager

LOCATION: Newtown, PA area | Local property/site travel required

START DATE: September/October 2026

SHIFT: Monday-Friday, standard business hours

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a multi-site portfolio and ensure strong operational, financial, and service performance. This role will have broad responsibility for property operations, financial oversight, vendor management, staff leadership, and long-term planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and overall performance across a portfolio of multiple properties.
• Develop annual property budgets and oversee recurring financial reporting and performance reviews.
• Manage tenant-related financial processes, including reconciliations, estimates, receivables, and payables.
• Lead on-site personnel by setting expectations, evaluating performance, and supporting staffing decisions.
• Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiations, service agreements, and ongoing vendor performance.
• Support leasing, construction-related activities, and property improvement initiatives aligned with ownership objectives.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure property operations, maintenance, and safety programs meet established standards.
• Develop short- and long-term property plans, including resource needs, schedules, budgets, and service enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• RPA certification and either CCIM or CPM certification required.
• Minimum of 8 years of commercial property management or property operations experience.
• Previous responsibility for managing a portfolio of at least three properties or projects.
• Demonstrated experience leading direct reports and overseeing on-site personnel.
• Strong experience with property budgeting, financial reporting, tenant reconciliations, and AP/AR oversight.
• Working knowledge of leasing, construction management, vendor contracts, and property operations.
