I’m recruiting for an exciting Property Manager opportunity supporting a Class A commercial office portfolio in Fort Mill, SC. This is a great fit for someone with experience in commercial property management, facilities, building operations, or construction coordination who enjoys working directly with tenants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
What you’ll do:
Oversee day-to-day property operations and building inspections
Manage tenant relationships and respond to property needs
Coordinate vendors, contractors, maintenance, and work orders
Support tenant improvements, construction projects, and property upgrades
Assist with budgets, purchase orders, AP/AR, forecasting, and variance reporting
Review leases and help ensure property requirements are met
Partner with engineering, accounting, and administrative teams
What we’re looking for:
2–5 years of relevant experience
Commercial real estate or property management experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Experience working with vendors, contracts, budgets, and building operations RPA, CPM, LEED, or applicable real estate licensing is a plus
