Now Hiring: Commercial Property Manager | Greensboro–Raleigh, NC
Are you an experienced retail commercial Property Manager who enjoys managing properties, solving problems, working across departments, and keeping both operations and financial performance on track? We’re seeking a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties in North Carolina from Charlotte to Raleigh.
Candidates must live between Greensboro and Raleigh and be comfortable with regular travel.
What You’ll Do:
Manage the overall performance and day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties Prepare and manage operating budgets and evaluate financial performance
Oversee tenant improvements, capital projects, maintenance, and repairs
Partner with leasing, accounting, construction, development, and finance teams Coordinate with third-party vendors
Support company-wide property initiatives and programs
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with portfolio assignments around 2 million sq. ft. with a tenant count of 250+
5+ years of retail commercial property management experience/Retail/Grocery
Strong commercial facility maintenance knowledge
Property management accounting experience and strong financial aptitude
Advanced Excel skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable traveling regularly
Technology-forward mindset, including an interest in AI and emerging tools CSM, CPM, or CCIM designation preferred
Location: Must reside between Greensboro and Raleigh, NC
Travel: Regular travel required
