Looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
This is a Tulsa-based general contractor providing preconstruction, construction management, design-build and general contracting services on projects ranging from $200K to $70M+ across commercial, healthcare, education, hospitality, industrial, multifamily and other markets.
What You'll Do
- Manage commercial construction projects from planning and preconstruction through closeout
- Own project budgets, schedules, forecasts and overall project performance
- Manage subcontractors, contracts, purchase orders, RFIs, submittals and change orders
- Coordinate closely with Superintendents, clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across project teams
- Monitor costs, billing, procurement and project documentation
- Identify project risks and resolve issues before they impact schedule or budget
- Manage project closeout and client turnover
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of commercial construction/project management experience
- Experience managing projects through multiple phases, from planning through closeout
- Experience with project budgets, schedules, subcontractors and contracts
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and documentation
- Ability to read construction drawings, specifications and contracts
- Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
