In this role, you will review commercial building plans, perform detailed material takeoffs, and prepare accurate cost estimates for SIPs, roof and wall systems, and complete building packages.
You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and manufacturing to refine bids, value-engineer projects, and meet customer requirements. The estimator will track quote activity, update pricing, support dealers and builders, and help improve estimating tools and processes in a safety-focused, collaborative environment.
