With a vision and plan for future growth, we seek a talented, enthusiastic, and experienced person of integrity to grow with us in the capacity of a Commercial Plumbing Bids role.The Commercial Project Coordinator is responsible for post-sales support of commercial projects for plumbing and mechanical contractors.

Includes building and maintaining strong client relationships, following up on open orders, coordinating requirements with Purchasing, scheduling shipments, and managing project issues.Key responsibilities include:Collaborate with customers to understand project requirements and specificationsAssist customers over the phone, through email or using online communicationsPrepare detailed and accurate quotations and project bids based on plans and specifications and submit within specified deadlinesTrack and document project bids through the entire sales process, proactively follow up to address customer inquiresCollect necessary documentation and assemble submittal and Operations & Management packages for customersEnsure approved submittals/drawings are received prior to ordering productConfirm orders are input and processed correctly and sales transactions are completed accuratelyCollaborate with customers to understand their needs addressing customer inquiries, concerns and issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat businessStay updated on product knowledge, industry trends and competitive landscape through continuous learning and training programsContinuously renew knowledge of company offerings, features and benefitsCollaborate with vendors, manufacturers and internal teams to develop comprehensive solutions that align with customer requirementsUtilize market knowledge to identify new business opportunitiesMaintain proficiency in computerized systems, CRM and other technologies as requiredOther duties as assignedRequired for success include:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum 2 years of Inside Sales, customer service, or project management experiencePlumbing HVAC or PVF distribution industry experience is a plusGeneral understanding of plumbing, HVAC, or PVF fields requiredProven experience in bid and project managementAbility to read mechanical plans and specificationsProficient written and verbal communication skillsProblem solving abilitiesSelf-motivated and willing to work with othersSales and customer focused mindsetProficient in Microsoft Office 365This is a full-time position which includes a competitive wage and our full benefits package.
