We are a small team relocating to San Diego, so this role carries real ownership from day one. We're looking for a hands-on operator to own our commercial planning and help run the business. This role suits someone who wants to go deep on a few functions and see their work directly influence product and business decisions. Research reimbursement pathways and develop payer strategy Support user acceptability studies and translate findings into commercial and product decisions Work with vendors and partners to evaluate cost, scalability, and commercial readiness Manage contracts, vendor agreements, and day-to-day operations Support regulatory planning alongside our regulatory advisors and consultants Background in reimbursement, market access, or customer discovery MBA or equivalent business training 100,000 to $110,000 base, plus equity.
