Commercial Partnerships Director

To drive key commercial initiatives and strategic partnerships, the full-time Commercial Partnerships & Operations Director will manage high-priority projects, align cross-functional teams, and oversee external partnerships while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead the execution of high-priority cross-functional programs by defining project plans, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely delivery of strategic outcomes Manage key external partnerships by establishing governance, aligning strategic objectives, and ensuring successful execution throughout the partnership lifecycle Develop analytical models and dashboards to monitor results, generate insights, and inform commercial decision-making Required qualifications 6-10 years of experience in healthcare consulting, healthcare technology, or a similar execution-focused role in a high-growth healthcare organization Strong preference for candidates with experience in Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and value-based care Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a track record of executing complex initiatives Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in AI tools, Excel, and Google Sheets, including experience building financial models and dashboards
