Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and cleaning
- Operate paint sprayers, shakers, and other tools or equipment
- Work safely in paint booths and around large materials
- Follow all safety procedures, including use of respirators and PPE
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
- Comfortable working in warm or tight spaces
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow in the trade
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
