Founded in 2017, we're delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.S. for the first time, all from batteries we already have.ResponsibilitiesCommercial Execution & ReportingOwn end-to-end processing of purchase orders, pricing updates, and commercial transactions for feedstock programsMaintain and improve reporting workflows, including data merging, validation, and distribution to internal teams and external partnersLead invoicing and settlement processes; resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy across high-value transactionsServe as the primary point of accountability for reporting that supports $2–5M+ in quarterly spendExternal SupportOwn the full supplier lifecycle for feedstock partners: onboarding, program setup, ongoing operational support, and settlementServe as the primary operational contact for top-tier feedstock partners, maintaining strong external relationships and high service levelsProactively identify and resolve partner-facing issues; escalate when appropriate and follow through to resolutionProcess Ownership & Team EnablementAuthor, maintain, and improve SOPs for Commercial Operations processes within your focus areaSupport onboarding and training of new team members; serve as a process resource for the broader teamIdentify systemic inefficiencies and lead improvements — not just flag themData & SystemsMaintain clean, auditable commercial data across ERP, CRM, and order management systemsPerform data validation and analysis to support operational decisions and reporting accuracySkills, Knowledge, and AbilitiesBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience2–4 years in commercial operations, supply chain, or a related field; experience in battery/EV materials or feedstock programs a plusProficient Excel skills (pivot tables, complex lookups, data merging); ERP/CRM proficiency a plusDemonstrated ability to own processes end-to-end with minimal oversightStrong external communication skills; comfortable as a named point of contact for partnersProven track record of writing or improving operational SOPsThe position is full-time.
