💰 Salary: $67,000–$84,000 annually
📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
What You'll Do:
- Review loan applications, credit reports, and financial statements to assess creditworthiness.
- Analyze financial risk and structure loan terms.
- Prepare loan documentation, closing, and funding packages.
- Collaborate with sales teams and finance partners.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely credit decisions.
What We're Looking For:
- 1–3+ years of experience in underwriting, credit analysis, or financial services.
- Commercial or residential mortgage underwriting experience preferred.
- Background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
