Providing essential support to internal employees, the full-time remote Loan Support Administrator will manage inbound inquiries, log support cases, and assist with loan level lending solutions through effective communication and collaboration with various departments. Key responsibilities: Answer inbound phone calls and log support cases in the internal ticketing system Provide daily loan level support via phone, email, and in-person inquiries for company systems and software Collaborate with team members and assist Loan Officers and Loan Processors with loan eligibility and lending guidelines Required qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience, preferred Minimum 2 years' experience providing direct support and/or customer service to internal employees or customers 1-2 years' experience in a production role within the mortgage industry Experience using Encompass360 Banker's Edition in a production role, preferred Knowledge of mortgage loan origination activities, loan programs, and regulatory requirements
