Providing essential support to employees, the full-time remote Loan Support Administrator will manage inbound inquiries, create support cases, and assist with loan level solutions while collaborating with various departments. Key responsibilities Answer inbound phone calls and log cases in the internal ticketing system Provide daily loan level support via phone, email, and in-person for company systems and software Assist Loan Officers and Loan Processors with loan eligibility and lending guidelines Required qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred Minimum 2 years' experience in direct support or customer service to internal employees or customers 1-2 years' experience in a production role within the mortgage industry Experience using Encompass360 Banker's Edition in a production role, preferred Knowledge of mortgage loan origination activities and regulatory requirements
