Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.Requirements:Bachelor Degree required (Business major or Formal Credit training preferred)Minimum 1-3 years experience as an underwriting Commercial Loan OfficerExperience in negotiating loan workouts and asset liquidationsMust have ability to analyze complex financial data and write detailed credit memorandumsMust have current working knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements including, but not limited to, RESPA, HMDA, and Fair LendingMust have ability to grow quality portfolio with annual performance goalsPromote Retail/Cash Management products to new and existing relationshipsWilling to participate in community eventsOutside business development calls requiredWork well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasksMust be able to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writingHometown service, statewide strength.
