Job Summary

We have an immediate opening in our Dallas office for a Commercial Litigation Senior Associate with a minimum of six years of experience. Candidates must hold an active Texas bar license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pleadings, conduct depositions, draft motions, and engage in settlement negotiations.
• Communicate with clients regarding legal strategies and courses of action.
• Represent clients in trial and arbitration proceedings (preferred).

Qualifications

• Minimum six years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
• Strong academic credentials and ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.
• Exceptional judgment, superior interpersonal skills, and commitment to community service.
• Proactive, dynamic, entrepreneurial background with varied interests.
