LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing law firm in Tampa that is looking to add an experienced Commercial/Business Litigation Paralegal to its collaborative litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned paralegal who enjoys supporting complex litigation matters from inception through trial and wants to work alongside a well-established team in a stable, growth-focused environment.

Location: Tampa, FL (Fully Onsite)

Compensation: $90,000–$95,000

What You'll Do

• Support attorneys in complex commercial and business litigation matters

• Draft, revise, and finalize pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents

• Manage and maintain case files, document databases, and litigation records

• Prepare and respond to discovery requests, including interrogatories and requests for production

• Summarize deposition testimony and organize document productions

• Assist with trial preparation, exhibit management, hearing binders, and witness coordination

• Track deadlines, maintain case calendars, and monitor litigation timelines

• Conduct legal and factual research to support case strategy and motion practice

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a litigation paralegal supporting commercial or business litigation matters

• Strong knowledge of the litigation process from case inception through trial

• Experience handling discovery, document management, and trial preparation

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines

• Strong written communication and legal drafting abilities
