A well-established national law firm is looking to add an experienced litigation associate to its growing Financial Services Litigation practice in White Plains.
This is a strong opportunity for an attorney who enjoys being in the courtroom and wants meaningful responsibility on active matters. The practice represents financial institutions, mortgage servicers, and other clients in a variety of real property and commercial litigation matters.
What They're Looking For
- 4+ years of commercial litigation experience
- Financial services, mortgage servicing, or real property litigation experience is a strong plus
- Active admission to the New York Bar
- Hands-on deposition experience
- Strong courtroom and oral argument experience
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to independently manage active matters from start to finish
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
- Solid academic background
