Key Responsibilities:

• Handle commercial and business litigation matters in state and federal courts.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.

Qualifications:

• 1-5+ years of relevant experience in commercial or business litigation.
• Strong legal research, writing, discovery, and motion practice skills.
• Ability to manage assignments independently while working effectively within a collaborative team.

Salary and Other Compensation:

• The annual salary for this position is between $120,000-$150,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
