A well-established New York commercial law firm is seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its sophisticated litigation team. The firm represents Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, businesses, lenders, and other sophisticated clients in complex commercial disputes.
The Role:
- Handle complex commercial disputes from inception through resolution
- Draft and argue substantive motions in state and federal courts
- Take and defend depositions, manage discovery, and handle court appearances
- Work on high-value matters involving breach of contract, business disputes, fiduciary duties, partnership/shareholder issues, securities, and real estate
Ideal Background:
- Strong commercial/business litigation experience
- Experience handling substantive litigation matters independently
- Strong motion practice, deposition, and courtroom experience
- NY Bar admission required

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $200,000 – $250,000 Base. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
