A well-established national law firm is looking to add a Commercial Litigation Associate to its growing Dallas team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation attorney with 3-5 years' experience who is looking to work on high-value, complex commercial disputes as part of a collaborative and highly regarded practice with a particular focus on financial services and capital markets clients.

You'll gain exposure to every stage of the litigation process, from drafting pleadings and dispositive motions through to depositions, settlement negotiations and client strategy. While trial or arbitration experience would be welcomed, it isn't essential – this role would suit someone keen to continue developing their advocacy and litigation skills alongside experienced practitioners.

The team is looking for someone who:

• Has 3-5 years' commercial litigation experience
• Is admitted to practice in Texas
• Has experience drafting motions, managing discovery and taking or defending depositions
• Enjoys working directly with clients and taking ownership of matters
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
