Litigation Attorney (Commercial Litigation)Location: Las Vegas, Nevada (Hybrid / Remote Eligible)Position OverviewAn Am Law 200 law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its growing Las Vegas office. This role is ideal for an attorney with four or more years of substantive commercial litigation experience who can manage complex matters and large document cases with minimal supervision.While this position may be performed on a remote basis, the attorney must be available to attend hearings, depositions, meetings, and other in-person proceedings in Las Vegas as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day litigation matters in commercial and complex business disputesOversee and analyze large-volume document productions and discoveryDraft high-quality pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memorandaDevelop case strategy and work closely with clients and litigation teamsPrepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, oral arguments, and trial proceedingsCollaborate with partners and associates while working independently on assigned mattersQualificationsNevada Bar admission (required)Minimum 4+ years of commercial litigation experienceProven ability to manage cases independently with limited supervisionStrong legal writing, analytical, and research skillsExperience handling large-document or complex litigation mattersProfessional judgment and client-facing communication skillsPreferred ExperienceDeposition experienceOral argument and courtroom experienceTrial experienceExperience in business, commercial, or complex litigation environmentsWork ArrangementRemote or hybrid flexibilityMust be able to attend in-person proceedings in Las Vegas as requiredWorkplace CultureThe firm is committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and diverse work environment.
