Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all phases of complex commercial litigation.
• Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, manage discovery, and participate in trial preparation.
• Collaborate with partners and clients on litigation strategy and case management.
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to a team-oriented culture.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in New Jersey.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
• Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Position Highlights:

• Low billable hour requirement : 1,850 hours annually.
• Competitive compensation : Starting at $185,000 , plus annual hours-based bonus .
