VOYlegal is working with a large New Jersey law firm that is looking to add a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 3-8 years of experience to its team. This is a great opportunity for an attorney who wants meaningful responsibility, significant client contact, and the opportunity to manage their own matters in a supportive environment.
The practice includes:
- Managing a caseload of sophisticated commercial litigation matters
- Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Handling discovery, depositions, and legal research
- Appearing in state and federal court
- Working directly with partners and clients on case strategy
- Providing practical, business-oriented advice to clients
Chancery, health law, and/or construction litigation experience is a plus.
The ideal candidate will have strong writing, research, analytical, and oral advocacy skills, along with hands-on experience managing litigation and eDiscovery.
