About This Position

McElroy Deutsch is seeking attorneys with 3+ years of commercial litigation experience for the Firm’s New York, NY office. Candidates must have strong writing skills and experience handling commercial litigation pending in state and federal courts. New York bar admission is required; New Jersey bar admission is a plus.

Salary range: $130,000 - $185,000.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA accredited law school;
• Admission to the New York bar;
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to manage complex cases and work collaboratively in a team environment.
