Base pay range
$120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

- The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 – $160,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trials.
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, and other court filings.
- Participate in case strategy development and client counseling.
- Manage multiple cases independently while working closely with senior attorneys as needed.
- Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
- 3+ years of commercial litigation experience, preferably with a focus on business disputes.
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Courtroom experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage cases proactively and independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset.
