The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sophisticated commercial and financial services litigation, including class action and real estate matters. The ideal candidate will have about 4-8 years of commercial litigation experience, some real estate litigation is a big plus. Must be admitted to the NJ Bar and NY and PA admission is a also a big plus. Qualifications:
- 4–8 years of experience in complex commercial and financial services litigation
- Experience handling class action lawsuits and real estate litigation
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required
- Admission to the New York and/or Pennsylvania Bar is a plus
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage complex matters independently while working collaboratively
