Duties
- Serve as first chair in commercial litigation matters through trial.
- Handle complex business disputes in state and federal court.
- Lead hearings, dispositive motions, discovery strategy, and trial preparation.
- Manage high-exposure and heavily contested matters.
- Supervise and mentor associates.
- Contribute to the continued growth of the firm's California litigation practice.
Requirements
- Significant first-chair trial experience in commercial litigation.
- Demonstrated courtroom experience in state and/or federal courts.
- Strong motion practice and case management skills.
- Experience handling complex business disputes.
- Ability to independently manage matters from inception through resolution.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
Licensed to practice law in California.
