An established boutique business litigation practice is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys handling sophisticated business disputes, taking ownership of cases, and working directly with business owners and entrepreneurs. What You'll Handle:

• Business owner conflicts
• Breach of contract litigation
• Healthcare-related business disputes
• Business litigation from inception through resolution

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Commercial/Business Litigation experience
• Strong deposition and hearing experience
• Experience with partnership, shareholder, and contract disputes
• Trial experience is a plus

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 - $180,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
