Commercial Litigation Attorney – Houston, TX
Our client is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join the team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex business disputes, contribute to trial strategy, and collaborate with a dynamic group of attorneys in a firm that values both professional excellence and a positive workplace environment.
- Base salary up to $155,000 , plus performance‑based bonuses
- Billable hours target: ~1,800 annually

Key Responsibilities
- Handle a broad range of commercial and business litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with strong attention to detail
- Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials (trial experience is a significant plus)
- Collaborate with partners and clients to develop effective case strategies
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in Texas
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial/business litigation
- Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills
- Trial experience strongly preferred
Associate Level – Full‑time position.
