LHH is partnering with a highly regarded, mid-sized Cincinnati law firm seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level/senior associate, counsel, or junior partner who is ready to step into a meaningful role with substantial responsibility from day one. Candidates for this role do not have to have portable business. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial litigation experience, excellent academic credentials, and the confidence to work directly with clients and handle sophisticated disputes.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 7+ years of substantive commercial litigation experience
• Experience with contract disputes, business torts, and other complex business matters
• Strong academic credentials
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills
• Strong client-facing and client-management capabilities
• The ability to take significant ownership of matters from the outset
• Comfort operating in adversarial settings and meaningful trial experience or exposure
• Cincinnati ties or a desire to practice in the Cincinnati market
• Ohio licensure or ability to become barred.
