Duties

- Conduct depositions and handle court appearances regularly.
- Draft and respond to motions and discovery requests.
- Lead client communications and provide regular updates.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years' litigation experience.
- Proficiency in electronic discovery platforms.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently.
- Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
Education
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
