Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 2 years of relevant civil litigation experience (including clerkship) in areas such as:
• Real Estate Title litigation and Title Insurance disputes
• Mortgage Regulatory litigation
• Construction litigation
• Loan purchase disputes; and/or
• Contested Foreclosure litigation
• Strong research and writing skills
• Experience handling discovery and trial preparation under federal rules or comparable state rules
• VA, MD, or DC Bar required
• Clerkship and bankruptcy experience preferred
