The Role & Focus
You will manage high-value civil claims with a heavy emphasis on:
- Franchise Disputes: Representing franchisees nationwide (including mass actions).
- Business Torts: Handling partnership disputes, minority shareholder litigation, breach of contract, and fraud.
Requirements
- 2+ years of civil litigation experience.
- Very strong academic credentials.
- Licensed to practice law in Florida.
