A highly respected, Chambers-ranked law firm based in New Jersey is currently seeking a Litigation Associate with 2–5 years of experience in employment, commercial, and/or construction litigation.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, proven ability to manage cases independently, and consistently meet deadlines. Exceptional writing and oral advocacy skills, sharp analytical thinking, and sound problem-solving abilities are essential. Experience interacting with clients in a professional and strategic manner is also highly valued.

Qualifications include:

• 2–5 years of relevant litigation experience (Labor & Employment, Commercial, or Construction)
• Active Bar membership in both New Jersey and New York (in good standing)
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus, but not required
