Oculus Group | Premier Legal is recruiting for a commercial litigation boutique handling complex, high-value disputes nationwide.
The Opportunity
• Work on business, real estate, ownership, and insurance coverage disputes
• Gain hands-on experience with motions, discovery, depositions, trials, and arbitrations, depending on experience
• Receive direct partner mentorship in a collaborative team
• Work fully remotely or from the Bethesda, Maryland office, with limited travel
• Annual billable-hour target: 1,800
• Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, and 401(k)
What We’re Looking For
• 2–5 years of substantive commercial litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Minimum 3.2 law school GPA
• Admission to a U.S. state bar; Maryland or New York preferred
• Deposition experience is a plus; real estate litigation experience is not required
