We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our growing business litigation practice. This role offers the opportunity to manage sophisticated commercial disputes, work directly with clients, and play a meaningful role in case strategy from inception through resolution. Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Draft motions, discovery, briefs and related legal documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Participate in settlement discussions and prepare settlement agreements.
• Appear in court for hearings and law & motion.
• Engage in meet-and-confer efforts with opposing counsel.
• Assist with trial preparation and strategy.
• Perform legal research to support case development and motion work.

Qualifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• 3+ years of business litigation experience
• Strong writing, research and communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage deadlines.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
• Motivated, dependable, and eager to develop litigation skills within a supportive environment.
