Duties
- Manage all phases of commercial, real estate, and creditors' rights litigation.
- Draft pleadings and conduct written discovery.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Handle oral motion hearings.
- Engage in real estate lease disputes, equipment lease disputes, and bankruptcy litigation.
Requirements
- Three to five years of experience in commercial real estate and/or creditors' rights litigation.
- Trial experience, including trying two cases to conclusion.
- Admission to the Pennsylvania bar; New Jersey and New York admissions are a plus.
Education
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Admission to the Pennsylvania bar.
