Join this group of esteemed attorneys as the newest Commercial Litigation Associate in their Portland office! This team will value your litigation experience and business savvy.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include motions practice, preparing for and attending hearings and depositions, reviewing discovery, and drafting briefs, along with some transactional work. You can expect reasonable billable hour requirements, a high commission structure, and potential bonuses for exceeding billable hours or bringing in new clients.

There’s plenty of room to grow at this firm, and you’ll benefit from the support of excellent paralegals and legal assistants.

This is a primarily in-office position with the option for a hybrid schedule.
