We have been retained by a high-end, well-established, full-service, midsized law firm in midtown Manhattan (four days expected in the office per week) that seeks to hire a litigation associate (2021 to 2024 law school graduate) to join its litigation team. The practice handles commercial and real estate litigation in state and federal courts nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of discovery, including leading meet-and-confers
- Litigate commercial, securities, and real estate matters in state and federal courts
- Defend individuals and companies in sensitive regulatory investigations
- Work closely with senior litigators on strategy, briefing, and client counseling
What the Firm Seeks
- 2021 to 2024 graduates; 2021 and 2022 graduates should have substantial discovery experience (including leading meet-and-confers)
- BigLaw or equivalent training
- Solid law school academic performance
- 1600 to 1800 billable hours (1,700 to 1,800 hours is considered a strong year)
What the Firm Offers
- Base salary of about $225,000 to $300,000, depending on experience and class year
