Whitman Legal Resources has a great opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Associate to work for a boutique law firm client in midtown NYC with 2+ years of experience in Commercial Litigation. We are seeking a rising-star junior or mid-level associate attorney (at least 2 year’s of experience) to join our dynamic litigation practice. Our boutique law firm, based in midtown Manhattan, handles a diverse range of legal matters in federal and state court, including business and commercial litigation, and land use, zoning and preservation law matters. The attorney will be expected to perform substantial legal research, draft legal briefs, take and defend depositions, and be able to effectively communicate with clients, opposing counsel and the Court, among other substantive responsibilities.
