Duties
- Draft and argue discovery and other motions.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Engage in case management and lead litigation matters.
Requirements
- Two to three years of experience in commercial and complex litigation.
- Admission to and good standing with the Florida Bar.
- Prior service as a federal court clerk is a plus.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Licensed to practice law in Florida.
