Nelson Mullins is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its litigation group in either its Boca Raton or Fort Lauderdale offices . As an AmLaw 100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate whowants to be part of a dynamic team in one of its growing locations.

We Know You

You havetwo to three years of meaningful experience in commercial and complex litigation matters . Prior service as a federal court clerk is a plus. You’re prepared to draft and argue discovery and other motions , take and defend depositions , and bring an entrepreneurial spirit to the team. You possess exceptional organizational, oral and written advocacy skills, strong academic credentials, and a solid understanding of procedural and substantive law. You are admitted to and in good standing with the Florida Bar .
