Commercial Litigation Associate

A well-established law firm in Detroit, MI is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of commercial litigation matters, including depositions, motion practice, and courtroom appearances
• Draft and argue motions and other litigation filings
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Represent clients in court proceedings

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of commercial litigation experience
• Demonstrated deposition, motion, and courtroom practice experience

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 and $180,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
