Compensation:
$160,000 - $210,000 Base Salary

Requirements:
- MUST HAVE: 5+ years of Litigation experience
- Admission to practice in North Carolina
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Experience independently handling all phases of litigation, from pleadings through trial preparation
- Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills
- Experience drafting motions, briefs, and discovery responses
- Experience attending depositions and hearings
- Commercial litigation experience
- Landlord representation experience
- Real estate litigation experience
- Property management matters experience
