Responsibilities
- Manage complex litigation matters across state and federal jurisdictions.
- Draft and prepare litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Conduct legal research and develop persuasive arguments.
- Oversee discovery and participate in mediation and arbitration.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Mentor and train junior associates.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- 4–7 years of litigation experience at a large law firm.
- Proven ability to handle complex commercial and class action litigation, corporate governance disputes, deal-related litigation, and breach of contract matters.
- Excellent writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
