This role offers the opportunity to work alongside seasoned partners and thought leaders in a collaborative, intellectually rigorous environment.• Manage and support all phases of commercial litigation, including case evaluation, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation• Draft and argue substantive motions, including dispositive motions• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on complex commercial issues• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies aligned with clients' business goals• Advise clients on risk management, contract interpretation, and dispute avoidance strategies• Assist with pre-litigation dispute resolution and negotiation efforts
