Responsibilities: * Handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including business disputes, trade secrets, products liability, employment litigation, environmental contamination, and other complex civil litigation * Take and defend fact and expert witness depositions * Draft and argue substantive motions * Manage cases through all phases of litigation with direct client interaction * Collaborate with experienced litigators on high stakes matters
Qualifications: * JD * 1+ years of litigation experience * Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills * Experience taking and defending depositions required * Motion practice experience preferred * Strong academic credentials * North Carolina bar admission or ability to obtain admission
