Commercial Litigation and General Liability Attorneys

Overview

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani (GRSM) has immediate openings for Commercial Litigation and General Liability attorneys with a minimum of three years’ experience to join our Hartford office. Candidates of all experience levels are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate must be a driven team player with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills, possess a strong academic background and proven skills in research, and be a self-starter who is able to handle assignments with minimal supervision. Trial experience is preferred but not required.

Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in Connecticut.

Responsibilities

• Engage in commercial litigation and general liability matters as assigned, with opportunities for client interactions and appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a team-oriented, collaborative environment to manage case strategy, research, and writing.
• Maintain strong academic and professional standards while developing advocacy and courtroom skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in Connecticut.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in commercial litigation and general liability; candidates of all experience levels are encouraged to apply.
• Strong writing, research, and persuasive speaking skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
