Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and professional Commercial Lines Producer to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in assisting small business clients with their insurance needs by leveraging inbound leads from bank and loan officers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales, a proven ability to work collaboratively, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Compensation Package

• Base Salary : $70,000 annually
• Commission : 30% on all new business (no commission on renewals)

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads from bank and loan officers, guiding small business clients through the insurance process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Utilize the Epic software system to manage accounts and streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Take accountability for meeting sales targets and delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience : Minimum of 3 years in insurance sales, with a focus on small accounts preferred.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in Epic software is highly desirable.
